The Conference on Advancing the Conversation and Diversity and Inclusion in South Carolina took place during the River Doges baseball series that celebrated the life of Larry Doby, the first African American signed to the American Baseball league (born in Camden, South Carolina).

Description: Approximately 100 attendees were introduced to a more advanced model of bringing diverse people into constructive enegagement with one another (building on the model introduced at the previous event).  Thereafter, the attendees participated in a variety of sessions that explored how to translate human diversity in South Carolina into greater social and economic value.
