Title:  South Carolina Community Relations and Development Conference

Description: Approximately 100 attendees including many senior officials and leaders from key community sectors.  This innaugural conference introduced the 3 stream design that will now be used for all future conferences.  Stream 1 explored and helped to develop best practices for CRD-councils.  Steam 2 provided training workshop of key general competencies for people who participate within the community relations and development system.  Stream 3 included panel discussions on noteable community relations and development initiatives from a variety of sectors.
